Silica felts: maximum thermal protection
The silica needle-punched blankets from VISA Isolation are made of fibers with a SiO₂ content above 94%, allowing them to withstand continuous temperatures above 1000 °C. They are excellent thermal insulators, lightweight, with high dimensional stability and very low levels of gas emissions.
Their resistance to thermal shock, molten metal splashes, and aggressive chemical environments makes these felts a highly reliable solution for critical applications.
